I Need It 06:35
I think I need it now I think I Need it now V1: Your faced with another day Endeavors are waiting, no deviating Challenges where chemicals collide Sitting ducks, waiting for the Faultline Nobody ever thought that this would be an easy thing to breach You got any questions? I gotta be destined to tell you this is concrete It’s to late to tell you it’s alright I’m grieving every minute of the night PC: The further I fall, the less I care at all This is my disaster now A waterfall, liquor calls And adoral No stop and stall Restraints are a given Yeah C1: A little part of me is thinking I should let it go My skin is burning from this fire in the afterglow I think I need it now I’m drunk another day On the floor, just let me stay I think I need it now V2: You feelin those chains now? You feelin the pain now? Now everybodys’ looken at you like you’re the class clown Bro, no, I get it, it’s like a disease It comes up inside ya and it grows, feeds, and breeds Kinda hard to hear ya, kinda hard to see ya Just about impossible to try and forgive ya Doing everything within my heart’s content to prevent the end, my friend I try to save a broken man from a daze It’s like a river flowing upward in a white haze Soon we’ll rise again When we try to win And I believe that we have reason But we have lost our way C2: A little part of me is thinking I should let it go My skin is burning from the fire in the afterglow I think I need it now I’m drunk another day On the floor, just let me stay I think I need it now B: And it feels like Hell Every day and night Like the woman and the well Just let me drink alright And it feels like Hell Every day and night Like the woman at the well Just let me drink this time C3: A little part of me is feeling I should let it go My skin is burning from the fire in the afterglow I feel I need it now Ah I’m drunk another day On the floor, just let me stay I think I need it now A little part of me is thinking I should let it go My skin is burning from the fire in the afterglow I think I need it now (X2) I think I need it, I think I need it now I think I need it, I think I need it, I need it now I think I need it, I think I need it, I think I need it now I think I, I think I, I think I need it now And I believe that my hardship will leave me And one of these days I hope you come And deliver me

Broken and silent, feeding the lions Provoking the violence, hearing the sirens I know you're down and out Soon you will see why And you'll feel alive You remind me of a shooting star Just a loving heart with a scar C1: I know you're far below encaged with your own soul Repeat, rewind, you hate it Forgot the life created You're enough, it's okay, I love you No giving up There's plenty of life in front of you V2: Take on the tirent, he's causing a riot Thanks for your kindness, I don't need your nonsense anymore Check the score, I'm winning My head is spinning C2: I know you're far below encaged with your own soul Repeat, rewind, you hate it Forgot the life created You're enough, it's okay, I love you No giving up There's plenty of life in front of you B: I see the sky Darker clouds, they come Black out all the sun The world has got a lot of stories from the gutter Fading away Just hold my hand, my brother Climate is getting hotter It's okay, it's okay And I see your ghost all around me I can sense your spirit all around me C3: I know you're far below encaged with your own soul Repeat, rewind, you hate it Forgot the life created You're enough, it's okay, I love you No giving up There's plenty of life in front of you Oh No giving up, no giving up Hey No giving up, There's plenty of life in front of you

about

Soldier is my 4th studio album. It's somewhat of a reincarnation of my first record, Father Forgive Me. Revisiting a lot of metalcore roots with bits and pieces of alternative, electronica, rap, and nu metal.
The concept follows one's journey to self discovery. Being placed within a realm of constant fear and anxiety, this tracklist helps to encapsulate the perseverance and vigilance within one's core.
COVID-19 provided an endless clock for inspiration it seemed, so, this album really speaks volumes on that type of isolation and it's associated troubles.
The record was recorded and written in 3 states. Idaho, Alaska, and Michigan.
Go be a soldier.

Artwork photo description:
Against a dark background textured with fog and camouflage, the shape of a helmeted soldier’s head faces left. The head is a window looking onto a contemplative man who sits in the space of the chin and neck and looks to the right out over a shadowed valley and a clouded sunrise.
